TRADITIONAL SPICED COFFEE
PROCESS
- Remember the steps prior to any preparation: weigh the exact amount, grind the coffee, and preheat the utensils.
- Bring the water to a near boil (usually between 90 and 92 degrees). The ideal point is when the water starts to boil; if the water exceeds the required temperature, let it cool down a little.
- Pour the coffee into the pot, turn off the heat, and create some turbulence.
- Wait four minutes for the coffee to settle and for the coffee particles to sink to the bottom.
- Once the four minutes have passed, remove the crust that forms on the surface.
