The Amor Perfecto Coffee Academy was born from the commitment of our founder, Luis Fernando Vélez, to coffee education in Colombia. Since the year 2000, and in partnership with the National Federation of Coffee Growers, we have established ourselves as leaders in specialized education, training the largest number of baristas in the country in areas such as roasting, cupping, brewed coffee, customer service, and intermediate and professional barista skills, under the guidance of instructors certified by the Specialty Coffee Association.

Thanks to our alliance with the Manuel Mejía Foundation, we bring this knowledge to every corner of the country. In our academy, we train not only experts, but true ambassadors of Colombian coffee. We invite coffee growers, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts to discover our programs and accumulate credits to obtain the Amor Perfecto Coffee diploma or the certificate endorsed by the Specialty Coffee Association.

We firmly believe that a country that knows its coffee, knows its wealth, and holds the possibility of transforming it in its hands.
