Since 2003, when we founded the Amor Perfecto barista academy, we have been dedicated to training people in the art and magic of coffee. We have a series of success stories of people who came to our company without a clear direction or life purpose, and through their engagement with coffee, they found a calling and a dignified, passionate vocation.

The success story that stands out most within our team is that of Diego
Campos, who arrived at our company knowing nothing about coffee. He started as a packer, and his dedication and passion over 15 years led him to become the first Colombian to win the World Barista Championship in 2021. His journey reflects the spirit of improvement and commitment to excellence that we value at Amor Perfecto.

Another case is that of Walter Acevedo, who before joining our family, had an interview to be a security guard at a casino. Fortunately, he chose coffee, and it was here that he discovered his passion for it; he became our head roaster and reached third place in the World Cup Tasters Championship. His transformation is a testament to the power of coffee and our commitment to human talent.
