PROCEDURE
1. Preheat the components: the metal filter, the glass carafe, and the cups.
2. Remove the filter cap.
3. Insert the filter all the way to the bottom with the glass empty.
4. Add the coffee according to the water-to-coffee ratio you wish to prepare.
5. Pour hot water over the coffee and filter.
6. Stir well and wait 4 minutes.
7. Remove carefully, as a vacuum is created.
